Job Description
In this role as Mechancial Engineer you are responsible for developing, engineering and analysing mechanical aspects of MRI-scanner parts related to the delivery of static and EM-fields (i.e. magnets, gradient coils and RF coils) as part of a multi-functional team.


Your role:


Develop, engineer and analyse mechanical aspects of MRI-scanner parts related to the delivery of static and EM-fields (i.e. magnets, gradient coils and RF coils) as part of a multi-functional team.

Create technical documentation in CEFR C1 level English., including CAD models and technical drawings according to ISO128 standard.

Use various data sources, including field data, service data, model based predictions and measurement results as input for design, root cause analysis, problem solving.

Design, execute and verify reliability aspects of a design.

You're the right fit if:


MSc Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Design, or BSc + 4 years of experience, or equivalent in practical experience.

Familiarity in Model Based analysis of structural dynamics and acoustics, Computer-Aided Design software, with a preference for PTC Creo.

Proficiency in technical drawing according to ISO128 standard and a capacity to speak and write on a Technical or Academic level of English (CEFR C1). Ability to work independently and to act pro-actively with a high quality mindset with fully internalized feeling of responsibility for patient wellness and security.
