We are looking for a
Mechanical Integrity Coordinator
to join our team based in Karshi, Uzbekistan.

The pressure systems team provide on-going pressure system and mechanical integrity support for Air Products operating facilities in Europe. The scope of pressure system equipment includes Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Fired Heaters, Reformers, Storage Tanks, Piping, Pipelines and Safety Relief Devices.


As the Mechanical Integrity Coordinator you will:

Provide technical expertise on piping, vessel and heat exchanger systems in support of continued operation of the plant. The key drivers being safety, reliability and plant availability.
Develop Mechanical Integrity Program that ensures safe, reliable, regulatory and efficient operation. This includes assessing deterioration mechanisms and developing inspection strategies for pressure equipment.
Perform, review or approve engineering design calculations and/or work with the AP Engineering Organization and 3rd party engineering contractors to implement design changes to pressure vessels and piping.
Perform fitness-for-service assessments to industry standard (e.g. API 510) for deteriorated, damaged or repaired equipment.
Develop repair procedures and inspection/test plans for modifications, repairs, fabrication and installation of pressure equipment. Resolve inspection findings in a way that supports plant availability whilst satisfying regulatory bodies and maintaining safety. Where necessary, travel to site to support execution, plant outages and shutdowns.
Perform end of life assessments and failure investigations. Resolve any issues associated with pressure systems equipment in operating facilities and participate in failure/root cause investigations.As required, implement recommendations and corrective actions.

As the

you
already are or have


:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience working with an oil and gas company (specific experience on Pressure Systems with Petrol Chem / Air Separation).
Experienced with Local Government Inspections
Proficiency in Fitness for Service procedures and assessments to Industry Standard e.g. API 510, 570 is essential.
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English across all levels.Another spoken language would be an advantage.
