Perform integrity assessment on equipment/piping, ensuring effective review of inspection data, results trending, and remaining life evaluation. Provide technical scopes and recommendations to support engineering decisions for a sustainable and reliable operation. Collaborate with metallurgy and reliability engineering on Asset data and trend analysis to support root cause evaluation. Participate and contribute to the development of best practice mechanical integrity guidelines and engineering design standards (e.g., corrosion loops, CML selection, and damage mechanism reviews). Participate in the development and conduct relevant asset integrity training programs to provide information to site teams so they can anticipate major repairs or replacement. Reviewing new product plans and make recommendations for material selection based on design objectives, such as strength, weight, heat resistance, electrical conductivity, and cost. This includes material evaluation and suitability based on intended service conditions and prior damage assessments. Analyze pressure containing equipment product failure data to determine causes of problems by supporting the failure analysis lab with relevant operational and inspection history and assisting the development of recommended solutions. Supervise the work of technologists, technicians, and other engineers on Mechanical Integrity projects. Two years of Experience as a Mechanical Integrity Engineer.
Certifications: API 510; API570; API 580; API 936; API 653 BS in Metallurgical Engineering or foreign equivalent
