About The Job

We are seeking a Media Specialist for a video and photo production company. The main focus of this position will be on wedding/event videography and/or photography; although, there is the potential for other types of videography/photography, such as for other businesses.

Ideally, this person will be skilled in videography, photography, and editing, but we will consider those with only video and video editing experience if they are willing to learn still photography, as needed.

Requirements

• Videography experience, ideally weddings/events, and can show a portfolio of your work
• Experience using Adobe programs, specifically Adobe Premiere
• Knowledge of mirrorless cameras, lenses, lavalier mics, and other common recording equipment (We currently shoot on Lumix S5s. Experience with Lumix cameras is great, but not necessary.)
• Familiarity with taking an audio feed from a DJ/soundboard (via XLR, , etc)
• Dependable. When you commit to work, you show up on time.
• Ability to take direction and adapt to our style
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment (i.e. weddings/events)
• An eye for detail to capture the best footage possible in various conditions and locations
  
  Preferred Qualifications:

• Still Photography experience, ideally weddings/events, and can show a portfolio of your work
• Experience with and knowledge of photo editing software, including Photoshop & Lightroom
