We are currently looking for a licensed, self-motivated medical aesthetician experienced in laser hair removal, photorejuvenation and skin tightening utilizing Sciton's BBL platform, and Cutera's Secret RF microneedling system.
Responsibilities
Confer with clients to find their needs and cosmetology objectives
Analyze skin type in order to figure out an appropriate plan of action
Select a procedure that best conforms to the needs of the client
Provide education to clients regarding procedure to be performed
Recommend home care regimes for skin
Prepare procedure rooms prior to each procedure
Ensure that all equipment used in therapies is cleaned and maintained at all times
Take and record client medical history
Follow up on clients through telephone and email
Requirements
- Licensed in New York
- Must have laser hair removal experience
- Ideal candidate will possess wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatment, elective services and products, and have excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, be well organized, multi-task oriented and enjoy working in a team setting.
- 2+ years experience in a Luxury med spa environment.
