Podiatry office is looking for:

BILLING / CODING SPECIALIST

Our office is a fun and fast paced office located in Fort Worth with office locations in Lake Worth, Aledo, and central Fort Worth, TX. We are seeking an outgoing person, who loves to be around people, with a passion to serve and care for others. The position involves help with checking patients in and out, entering/auditing medical billing and coding, and answering phone calls.



Primary skills needed include but not limited to:



*Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding, modifiers, medical terminology, insurances, posting

*Medicare and commercial insurance billing - mostly electronic

*Surgery precertification

*DME, Surgery, Clinic visit authorization

*Must be able to code, prepare and submit HCFA claim forms electronically, perform collections, follow-up and work A/R

*Attention to detail is a must

*Bilingual is a plus
