As a Dry Eye Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Dry Eye Specialist and ensuring the growth and success of our specialty program. Training will be provided to the suitable candidates.
Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate and personalized care, supporting the Dry Eye Specialist in evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans, administering prescribed treatments, and maintaining clear communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.
In addition to patient care, you will also collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to expand our dry eye program, attracting new patients and enhancing our service offerings. You will be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, embracing new technologies and approaches to enhance patient care.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Esthetician license (preferred, but not required).
- Previous experience in a Med Spa or Wellness Spa setting is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high professionalism.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dry eye management.
