Medical Device Lab Technician (1st shift and 2nd shift) 10 positions Duration: Long Term Location: San Jose, CA Basically need lab tech with real lab exp not just research. Monday- Friday 2nd shift 2pm to 10 pm Job Description: Multiple Onsite lab technicians needed to support laboratory operations within the biopharma industry. Responsible for performing a variety of laboratory procedures, conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Message me ASAP if interested or if you have referrals! Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field). Previous experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably within the biopharma industry, is desirable. Familiarity with laboratory techniques, equipment, and instruments commonly used in biopharma research and development. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow protocols and SOPs accurately and consistently. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in using laboratory software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
