• Management and support of Medical and Health Information Systems


• Configuration of Medical Systems


• Configuration of Scientific Knowledge Content Systems such Quosa and Genie Plus


• Collaboration with cross-functional business teams to ensure the output of high-quality deliverables and services


• Provide Technical consultation and oversight of processes and systems to Regulatory and Medical Affairs Organization


• Serve as the IT SME supporting Medical Affairs systems

• Previous experience and exposure to the orchestrating technology solutions for the Medical Affairs organizations


• Experience on Techsol HIS Medinquirer tool


• HPQC (HP Quality Center) and SM (Service Manager)


• Proven experience in regulated environments (Experience with GxP, ICH regulations, GDPR, and 21CFR, Part 11)


• Functional writing skills


• Process flow writing skills


• Bachelor's degree preferred
