Our clinic specializes in Womens Health we are open Monday Thursday 8-5pm & Friday 8-12:30pm.
Due to the growth of our clinic, we are adding on a part-time receptionist position, hours will be Monday-Thursday 8-3pm and Friday 8-12:30pm. Salary starting at $16.00 and goes up based on experience as Medical Receptionist.
We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to:
- Providing excellent customer service to patients.
- Answering phone calls/assisting callers with scheduling, questions and concerns.
- Scheduling patients using EMR scheduling software.
- Checking in patients and taking patient payments.
- Assist with verifying insurances and obtaining insurance authorizations.
- Faxing, scanning and sorting mail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience Preferred:
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Medical Receptionist : 1 year
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Experience in a medical office environment
- Experience or familiarity with insurance plans is a plus
- Experience in an office or customer service position a plus
- Friendly and fun with great customer service skills
- Able to multi-task in a busy environment
- Team player with a helpful attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and email
