Upscale medical office, moving into brand new offices needs a friendly and outgoing Front Desk receptionist. We are looking for a team player someone who will help in other tasks during any down time. Medical Background is a plus but can be train for the right person. Will need to know or learn insurance as well.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a great team that is friendly, energetic, and an overall great place to work!
*Office hours:*
Monday - Friday - no weekends
8 am - 6:00 pm (you will have a 40 hour shift within this 8:00-4:30 or 10:00-6:00)

Applicant must have the following experience and skills:

* Customer Service experience

* Managing the appointments and calendar with detail
* Handling incoming calls
* New Patient insurance verification
* Calling missed appointments
