Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated, meticulous, seasoned, and knowledgeable medical scribe to support our client's healthcare team in documenting patient medical records(link removed) The successful candidate will be tasked with accurately and comprehensively documenting patient visits. The ideal applicant will adhere to practice protocols and procedures, effectively handle workload demands, and maintain high quality standards. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. • Prepare and organize medical record documentation/charts for physicians.
• Transcribe medical record documentation using electronic medical record applications.
• Ensure compliance with medical record standards through self-documentation attestation.
• Update patient history, physical exam findings, and other relevant health information in the specified format.
• Compile and forward all documentation to physicians for review and approval, adhering to detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.
• Adhere to hospital and medical facility policies, including those related to HIPAA.
• Perform additional clerical duties and tasks as assigned to enhance provider productivity and clinic workflow.
