The client in the Missoula area who is looking for an Registered Nurse for an amazing leadership role. This RN will oversee the Med/Surg unit. The Director is responsible for clinical direction, quality outcomes and financial health of the Med Surg. Director roles are house-wide, functional, multidisciplinary and service oriented. Accepts leadership as a sacred trust. Exhibits pride of ownership, is customer focused, strategically oriented, demonstrates teamwork and delegates appropriately.

What You Will Have:

• BSN

• Active RN License in MT, or eligbity to license

• Five (5) experience as a clinical leader

• Demonstrated success collaborating with physicians

• Project Management skills and process improvement projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient computer skills
