Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development: Develop user interfaces and user experiences using React for building responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications.

Backend Development: Design and implement server-side APIs and business logic using Node.js and Express, including building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party APIs.

Database Operations: Work with MongoDB for database design, data modeling, data manipulation, and performance optimization.

Full Stack Development: Build end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack, including integrating frontend and backend components, and ensuring seamless communication between them.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality web applications.

Code Review and Testing: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and perform debugging and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance.

Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy web applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Heroku, and perform maintenance and updates as needed.

Stay Updated with Latest Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development, particularly in the MERN stack, and apply them to improve the efficiency and quality of web applications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong proficiency in frontend development using React, including React Hooks, Redux, and other related libraries.

Solid experience in backend development with Node.js and Express, including building RESTful APIs and integrating with databases.

In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, including data modeling, querying, indexing, and performance optimization.

Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Experience with version control systems such as Git and code collaboration tools like GitHub or Bitbucket.

Familiarity with web development tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Babel, and Express middleware.

Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and Passport.

Understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile development environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Prior experience in building web applications using the MERN stack, with a portfolio of completed projects, is a plus.
