We are looking for Motor Coach Bus Drivers in Everett. We have full-time Thursday through Monday schedules available with straight shift routes occurring between 8am and 6:30pm. A Class A or B CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required for this role.

What You'll Do: As a TransWest Motor Coach Bus Driver, youll be responsible for transporting clients to and from scheduled routes safely, reliably and with exceptional customer service. Youll be responsible for performing daily equipment inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Must be professional and safety minded

• Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and fuel equipment as necessary

• Drive a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations for passengers

• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction

• Maintain shuttle, van or bus cleanliness

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test

• Enjoy people and excel at customer service

• Able to communicate proficiently in English

• Able to work independently, yet able to take direction

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• CDL Class A or B

• Passenger Endorsement

• Current/Active DOT Medical Card

Benefits:

• Pay: $25.50 - $28.50 per hour * depending on experience and route premiums
• $1 hourly pay premium when driving a motorcoach route
• Annual pay raises starting at $0.75 per hour (with increasing raise amounts based on years of service)

• Structured pay dependent on experience
