We have an opportunity for a Motors and Control Engineer to join our Delavan, WI team. You will be responsible for analyzing motor designs and making specifications to support VA/VE, Compliance, and NPD projects. This includes fractional and integral horsepower motors for a variety of applications including submersible water wells, submersible sump and effluent pumps, jet pumps, and irrigation pumps. You will also be responsible for the Variable Frequency Drives that complement these motors. You will become familiar with our existing product lines to support sustaining efforts. You will also be responsible for developing specifications and evaluating VFDs for future opportunities. This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
