Description The Application Integration Lead developer is responsible for leading development and on Strategic Application Integration initiatives across the enterprise. This position is responsible for the technical execution like design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions. In addition to that focus on the end to end delivery of portfolio / program and projects by managing the People, Process and Technology:


Required:
  • 8-10 years minimum experience in Integration tool Mulesoft platform implementing patterns and design development and implementation background with emphasis on SOA, distributed and event-driven computing.

Specific types of experience:
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline preferred
  • Candidate must have a strong experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture patterns and design development and implementation background with emphasis on SOA, distributed and event-driven computing.
  • 7+ years of experience with web services, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability understanding of web service protocols such as SOAP and REST
  • Proven track record of leading a team of developers (onshore and offshore)
  • Proven track record of using design patterns and best practices to serve business needs in an efficient manner so as to increase IT bandwidth for new functionality
  • Analysis and design skills of varied complexities
  • Accountable for ensuring quality and reusability in a middleware services architecture
  • Consulted for their experience and expertise on implementing Design Patterns and Best Practices in middleware services development
  • Responsible for leading a team of developers, assigning work, resolving impediments and performing quality (code/design) reviews
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and training technical and non-technical personnel
  • Demonstrable background in agile development
  • Must have at least 7 years of experience in the designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using Integration tool Mulesoft platform in a health care environment
  • Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented Middleware, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM WebSphere MQ)
  • Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL
  • Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc)
  • Must have at least 6 years of experience with enterprise application integration development with solid working knowledge of Windows and LINUX/UNIX
  • Must have working experience with EDI X12
