Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Qualifications

- Skilled with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI troubleshooting. Experience with other PLC platforms, SCADA, HMI applications helpful.
- Must be computer literate including use of Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Must have experience with troubleshooting motion control systems, motion controllers, VFDs, servo drives, and experience working around 480-volt electricity. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and other mechanical maintenance is required.
- CMMS knowledge is required. E-maint experience is a big plus.
- Able to work with a group or alone, able to be organized, multitask, prioritize workload and strong communications skills are required.
- Can safely perform tasks and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. This includes, LOTO, Arc Flash, wearing of all required PPE. This is a MUST.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of the Midway TN facility.
- Strong analytical skills and strong communications skills. Able to provide feedback to PM coordinator, supervisor or manager about findings and other issues impacting machine performance.
- Able to use multimeters, laptops computers to troubleshoot and correct problems impacting machine performance.
Requirements
Industrial Maintenance Certificate, military training or 3 years experience in an Industrial Maintenance setting.
