Job Overview: The Multimedia/Graphic Designer’s primary role is to drive the Marketing and Entertainment departments creative process, using audio and visual elements to make original content to advertise live music events. The department's workflow is set by a constant stream of short deadlines, and the Multimedia/Graphic Designer will be expected to pick up projects halfway through completion, shift resources, and source contractors, so all projects are finished in a timely manner while maintaining design integrity and consistency.
Responsibilities: Assist the Senior designer to produce a wide range of content and collaterals
Develop original concepts and key art, animated graphics, and video trailers for concerts, shows, and brand-specific advertising campaigns
Drive the marketing function of design, and application
Manage the approval process and distribution of assets and creatives
Upload and manage content on the website through Wordpress
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
BA in graphic design, or equivalent
2 years of work experience is preferred (new graduates with impressive portfolios/websites are welcome to apply)
Proficient with Adobe Products
- Adobe Photoshop (required)
- Adobe Illustrator (required)
- After Effects (required)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Strong typography/layout skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple projects at one time
A portfolio showcasing your work and strong design skills

An appreciation and understanding of electronic dance music
