Lakeside Music Academy is a dynamic and thriving music education institution dedicated to providing exceptional music education experiences. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Director to join our team and lead our talented group of music teachers.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting, Hiring, and Managing Teachers:

• Identify and recruit skilled music teachers.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
• Provide ongoing support and management to ensure the success of teachers.

Helping with Advertising:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement advertising strategies.
• Create compelling content to promote music programs and attract students.

Community Outreach Projects:

• Develop and execute community outreach initiatives to promote music education.
• Foster partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups.

Planning Teacher Meetup Events:

• Organize regular meetups to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing among teachers.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative community among music educators.

Planning and Running Recitals:

• Coordinate and plan recital events, showcasing the talents of students and teachers.
• Manage logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in music education, music, or a related field.
• Proven experience in music education and program management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for music education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
