Position: Farmers Market Mustard Maestro

Job Description:

As a Mustard Maestro for Charlie's Mustard, LLC, you'll be one of the faces of our delectable mustard brand at bustling farmers markets. Your mission? To captivate taste buds, spark conversations, and spread the joy of our premium mustard varieties. From classic Dijon to adventurous roasted garlic and a variety of mustard sauces, (18 varieties in total) you'll be the mustard maven guiding customers through a journey of taste sensations.

Responsibilities:

Engage and Educate: Interact with customers, share the story behind our mustard, and educate them on the diverse flavors and pairings.

Sample Supreme: Offer tantalizing mustard samples that leave a lasting impression. Let customers savor the goodness and inspire their culinary creativity.

Sales Savvy: Master the art of the upsell and ensure customers leave with the perfect mustard for their pantry. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the market's lively atmosphere.

Mustard Ambassador: Be a passionate advocate for our mustard brand. Foster a positive image and build relationships with customers to keep them coming back for more.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic about food and the culinary arts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a knack for persuasion.
• Must love mustard and be eager to share that love with others.
• Some manual work to setup and take down booth
