Education Inter CA, Mba in (Finance)

Experience 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Semi Qualified CA).

Location Goregaon,Mumbai

Role Purpose:

1. Accounting as per laid outaccounting policies and SEBI Regulations and Periodic scrutiny of all ledger accounts

2. Handling Audits and liaising with auditors for timely and successful completion of audit and ensuring that there are no adverse comments in Auditor's report

3. Managing cash flowand reporting to the Fund Managers and dealers.

4. Fund Expense processing and accounting

5. Accurate preparation of all Internal & Regulatory Reports & MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Managing Cash Flow

A. Managing cash flow to ensure optimum utilization of funds.

B. Ensuring Compliance of SEBI regulations pertaining to Fund Accounting/ cash flow activities

2Fund Accounting& Handling Audits :

A. Ensuring that accounting is done in accordance with SEBI Regulations and accounting policies

B. Ensuring that all ledger accounts reflect accurate positions so as to compute proper NAVs.

C. Preparation of Semi- Annual, Annual Financial Statements & Notes to Accounts

C. Handling Audits and liaising with auditors for timely and successful completion of audit.

3.Expense Management & Statutory Dues:

A. Ensuring that Statutory Dues are correctly computed and deposited within time

B. Ensuring that statutory returns are filed within time.

C. Managing expense payment as per TAT's and its accounting in accordance with SEBI Regulations
