Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. (link removed) Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Orientation is the first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Under the supervision of a pharmacist, fills medication orders, pre-packages, compounds pharmaceuticals, refills stock supplies, delivers medication and performs various clerical duties as required This is a 8 hour day shift start time 8:30 amMost weekends
