LPN needed for Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, Samaritan Summit Village located in Watertown, NY. (Samaritan Summit Village is affiliated with Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, NY) Hours 7p-7a. Traveler must be flexible in shift and be able to cover 3p-11p when needed. LPN traveler MUST be open to cover direct care duties as a CNA as necessary. Travelers that would not be open to this will not be considered. NYS LPN license required. Travelers who do not hold a current NYS license cannot be considered at this time. BLS required (American Red Cross or American Heart Association BLS only) Samaritan Summit Village is a 168 bed skilled nursing facility located in Northern NY in the heart of the Thousand Islands Region where we are located 25 miles from the Canadian border. Lakes and Rivers are only 25 miles away.. *****GUARANTEED HOURS ARE BIWEEKLY** The facility schedules in two week periods. 72 hour biweekly guaranteed for 12 hour shifts (OT begins after 72); 80 hour biweekly guaranteed for 8 hour shifts (OT begins after 80). It may or may not be split evenly between weeks. **WORK WEEK** The facility's work week is Thursday to Wednesday
