The Florida Mortgage loan originator job responds to customer inquiries and referrals in a timely manner. The Florida Mortgage loan originator job requires outbound contact and interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information. The Mortgage Consultant ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Federal and State compliance policies, and adhering to Fair Housing and HMDA requirements.

NMLS mortgage license required.

Responsibilities:

Guide Borrowers through the mortgage milestones at every step of the purchase and refinance process

Provide initial consultations to identify the Borrowers needs and criteria for their new or existing home

Advocate and adviser through the day of closing

Master all aspects of the sales process!
