We are Hiring forNational Beauty Training Manager
Design, develop, and deliver the training programs or projects according to the training schedule for all levels of Sales team Work closely with sales and operation team for training needs analysis and conduct CRT/VT/OJT and coaching Beauty Advisors/Supervisors Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and recommend program changes to enhance BA performance in achieving the targeted goals of the organization Prepare and consolidate statistical reports and feedback surveys of the training programs Develop, organize, and maintain an updated database on training programs, manuals, and related records/materials Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties in executing training initiatives Build an exciting & motivating RNR system for BAs to reward top performers to drive motivation & increase BA retention. Take part in ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
