National Client Executive

Private Client Services National has been serving the most sophisticated affluent individuals and families in the United States for over four decades. A day in the life.

As our
National Client Executive
on the Private Client Services National team, you will be responsible for working with our largest and most complex clients on renewal strategy, carrier negotiation and claims management. You will have a strong personal brand in the marketplace, with an established network of influencers and referral sources. A growth mindset and ability to provide thought leadership, as well as expert skills in building relationships and crafting creative solution are musts. Key responsibilities of the role include:

Managing and expanding a large book of business containing complex clients
Developing strategy and offering consultative advice and counsel on difficult insurance placements
Assisting in winning new business and contributing to RFP presentations for new opportunities
Participating in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the company as a thought leader
Maintaining key performance metrics including retention, revenue growth and client satisfaction


Our future colleague

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelors Degree in a related field
10+ years of experience working with ultra-High Net Worth clientele
P&C insurance license required.
Key relationships with luxury carriers, and expert level knowledge of private client insurance contracts
Superior negotiation skills working with partners during renewal and claims.
Strong presentation skills in front of affluent clients and their other advisors

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Master's degree in a related field
CPCU, CIC or CPRIA designation highly preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $105,930 to $197,715. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Applications will be accepted until: 07/31/2024.
