A day in the life.

As the National Recruiter with the National Human Resources team, your primary role will be to collaborate closely with hiring managers to effectively manage the logistics of the candidate experience. This will involve overseeing the entire candidate lifecycle, beginning with sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screen interviews, coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates, and finalizing the process by declining the candidate or extending verbal and written offers. Throughout this process, you will maintain consistent communication with the candidate, ensuring that they are well-informed and supported. As the National Recruiter, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new hires which includes walking them through benefit enrollment, PTO requests, and tax elections, etc. Additionally, you will ensure that all necessary documentation is obtained and that new colleagues have the resources they need to successfully begin their employment.

Youll be expected to:

Source candidates from platforms such as LinkedIn, review resume databases, attend job fairs, and use social media platforms to reach out to potential candidates

Pipeline candidates utilizing our custom pipelining tool, Phenom

Screen and interview candidates; evaluate qualifications, educations, work experience, applicable skills, and cultural fit

Conduct reference checks as necessary

Collaborate with hiring managers conduct intake calls with each hiring manager, assess hiring manager needs, adjust job descriptions as necessary

Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment

Onboarding and orientation facilitate onboarding process for new hires (e.g. I-9 verification)

Keep up with industry trends and maintain a strong network with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and colleagues

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

4+ years of recruiting experience

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Proven ability to work autonomously

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Insurance industry experience

Familiarity with Workday, Sterling, or Phenom

The applicable base salary range for this role is $45,900.00 - $85,680.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
