We are currently supporting, enhancing, and maintaining the statewide SNAP/TANF Eligibility Determination system. Theenhancements include use of the latest technologies as needed to interface/integratewith other systems on different platforms and automation of current processes. | | Technical Skill Set | Requirement | | | Programming experience in Natural, and the utilization of ADABAS.Experience running Naturalprocesses in batch via JCL and/or SCL, and online. | 10 Years | | | Experience in the analysis, design, and programming oflarge or complex development projects on large-scale IBMMainframe/Linux systems. | 10 Years | | | Experience with automatedeligibility determination systems | 4 Years | | | Ability to provide subjectmatter expertise on system architectures | 3 Years | | | Business Skill Set/Requirements | Requirement | | | Ability to providerecommendations regardingenhancements to the systemsand processes | 3 Years | | | Experience developing,maintaining, and updatingdocumentation for procedures, policies, and processes | 3 Year | | | Experience training end users on software | 3 Year | | | Technical/Business Skill Set | Requirement | | | Knowledge of SNAP and TANF eligibilityand econonomic assistance policies andprocedures, and current state and federalmandates as implemented or similar tothose in MAVS, the Mississippi statewideeligibility determination system. | 2 Year | | | Experience interpreting, designing and implementingfederal and state mandates inLinux systems such as MAVS(link removed)> | 2 Year | | |
