Sigma Defense is seeking a Navy Veteran with experience as a Training Systems Specialist to fill that role as part of the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) team in Pearl Harbor, HI. The ideal candidate must have 10 years of configuration and operation experience with Navy shipboard training systems. Candidate must have an active Secret security clearance.
We need the rare skill set in training configuration, operation, maintenance, and management that you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTPG team in executing its mission of providing tactical training to ships in the basic phase through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). Be on the cutting edge of Live Virtual Training and make a difference to our Navy's capability at the same time.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Demonstrated supervisory or independent work experience.
- At minimum 10+ years of configuration and operation experience with one or more of the following systems:
- AN/USQ-46 Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT)
- AN/USQ-T47 Battle Force Electronic Warfare Trainer Systems BEWT
- USW Training Systems
- Recent configuration and operations experience for one or more of the following systems:
- Modeling and Simulation
- Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF)
- Tactical Data Information Link (TDL) supporting LOS Link 11 (A), LOS Link 16, Joint Range Extension Application Protocol.
- Global Command and Control System-Maritime
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess an active, DoD Secret security clearance.
Mandatory Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
