Responsibilities include:

• Accountable for design, development and maintenance supporting business objectives while demonstrating independence in software development lifecycle phases from concept and design to testing.
• Designing and architecting web content solutions, as well as developing code
• Developing custom APIs within cloud environment
• Serving as a liaison to internal customers, research groups, and various business support areas.
• Providing technical guidance to junior programmers and other software engineers.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining mid-level to complex applications.

Required skills, education, and experience:

• 8+ years of proven experience in software development and system maintenance in the .Net stack
• Strong AWS experience with AWS services including SNS, SQS, AWS Batch, and Dynamo DB
• Strong Elasticsearch experience
• Solid experience building APIs based on RESTful services
• Demonstrated experience with N-tiered applications, multi-tier architecture, and production Internet architectures.
• Development skills with C#,ASP.Net MVC, WebAPI, AngularJS, NUnit and Moq, LINQ, NHibernate or Entity Framework, (link removed), Continuous Integration, JQuery, CSS, AJAX
• Experience interacting with business partners or customers, and guiding project direction
