CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
5.1. Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and
experience:
5.1.1. Twenty years of total application development experience.
5.1.2. Twenty-five years of IT infrastructure experience.
5.1.3. Three years of enterprise architecture experience.
5.1.4. Ten years of experience in Object oriented programming.
5.1.5. Five years of experience as a project lead.
5.1.6. Five years of JavaScript experience.
5.1.7. Three years of experience in ASP.NET MVC and application development using C#.
5.1.8. Two years of experience in Angular JS.
5.1.9. Three years of architect design and development experience with .Net applications and entity
framework.
5.1.10. Five years of experience providing design review and best practices to development team in
accordance with client project specifications.
5.1.11. Two years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Five years of experience working with and managing Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
5.1.13. Two years of experience with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL
triggers, pipelines, and configuration.
5.1.14. Five years of experience with Department of Health IT security standards including data
encryption and application hardening.
5.1.15. Three years of experience managing scope to product owner specifications.
5.1.16. One year of experience working with the Department of Health, Agency of Health Care
Administration and Florida Health Kids electronic referral and enrollment files
5.1.17. Knowledge and experience working with Department of Financial Services systems including
interfacing with their electronic automating of invoicing and voucher processes.
