• As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for Maintaining the Global network infrastructure, with emphasis on supporting Data Center in the Austin/Round Rock.
• This includes troubleshooting and resolving all network related incidents.

• Diagnose and triage Network issues to positive resolution
• Perform Core Network stability efforts
• Support Network engineering teams through project related efforts

• Looking for network smart hands to support network operations
• 5 years network routing experience
• Should have basic knowledge of copper and fiber network infrastructure best practices
• Knowledge of Cisco Networking products
• Client Networking Equipment knowledge a plus
• Wireless network knowledge would be a plus
• CCNA certification strong preference
