KPM is looking for an IT Network and Systems Administrator to join our IT team at the corporate office.

This role is instrumental to the IT team and properties who need IT assistance.

This is a full-time position, and some travel will be required by candidate to support multiple locations.

Duties:

  • Participate in various IT projects intended to continually improve/ upgrade the infrastructure, such as evaluation of new software and hardware required to meet a business need or to make a process more cost-effective.
  • Review, support and troubleshoot Property and Corporate user issues. Including phone, email, video calls or occasional visits to the property.
  • Own and troubleshoot challenging issues and escalate to appropriate parties as needed.
  • Partner with Realpage, MRI, and other vendors as required to find solutions and implement best practices. Azure DevOps Create build/deployment pipelines for software, services.
  • Manage admin level settings for property portfolio and tweak system behaviors Administer and support Office 365 suite configurations, policies. Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms.
  • Manage tickets on the Ticketing system and maintain SLA. Including regular reporting of ticket counts and turnaround times.
  • Monitor and notice trends of repeated issues and explore permanent solutions or process changes. Manage the implementation of changes in such systems
  • Property management and document all work performed ensuring records and SOPs are updated.
  • Continuously learn about the software platforms to be ahead of changes and updates. Research new technologies for infrastructure strategies and other related projects, evaluate and recommend new software/systems to meet company requirements.
  • Help Create User credentials for all new hires (Nitya and KPM)
  • Karya App (SWIM/ Automatt) and Co-star Credentials

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role or a support role with excessive usage of RealPage Platform
  • Experience in Multi-Family housing or Commercial Real Estate
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, MRI platform
  • Proficiency in RealPage, especially with settings, Document Package setup etc.
  • Experienced in providing Technical and Software support
  • Strong Critical thinking and analytical mindset to be able to detect problems and find the root cause as well as supply solutions.
  • Detail oriented and problem solving skills required
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult or frustrated users
  • Ability to pick up different software applications easily and quickly.
  • Persistent and motivated
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Power BI (desirable)
