As a Janitorial Supervisor for Stop Drop & Clean, you will be in charge of helping come up with the schedule for night and weekend crews, cleaning buildings on your own, filling in for cleaning other buildings when staff calls in, inspecting cleans done by other staff members, training new staff on buildings, constantly communicating with and being the bridge between upper management and night/weekend employees.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning restrooms


• Emptying trash and recycle


• Vacuuming


• Mopping


• Wiping desk


• Wiping misc. surfaces


• Using auto scrubbers (training provided)


• Training new staff


• Conducting audits on cleans

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation


• Smartphone


• At least 4 years janitorial experience, preferably at least 1 year in a supervisor role
