Provenance Staffing is looking for a dispatcher/routing specialist for a company located in Greenwood. In this position you will be dispatching drivers and assist in routing non-emergency medical transport drivers to conduct client transportation to variety of appointments. You will assist in routing drivers in the most efficient manner to maximize time and profitability. Respond to inbound calls from clients understanding, and correctly and effectively scheduling ride orders. Communicate effectively with drivers and customers, provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Ability to adapt to and implement changes to schedule, communicate those changes to drivers.

Previous dispatching, schedule coordinating and routing experience preferred. Geographical knowledge of service area or GPS reading skills. Ability to verbal communicate effectively.

Must pass drug test and background screens.
