GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF REMOTE MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR

Job description:

The North Carolina Mortgage loan originator job sales agents proactively market and promote US Mortgage Lenders' financial products to meet established loan quality and production goals. The Mortgage loan originator job position represents the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner by providing an exceptional level of customer service, supporting and adhering to our core values in all functions of the job responsibilities, and interacting with internal and external customers. In this ongoing sales role, the mortgage loan originator continually identifies, develops, and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. A Mortgage loan originator job may consist of Real Estate professionals, Builders, professional and personal contacts, as well as other valuable referral sources, and is enhanced by the Mortgage loan originator job includes regular participation in business-related development opportunities, community efforts to promote homeownership and professional organizations. The Mortgage loan originator job responds to customer inquiries and referrals in a timely manner. The mortgage loan originator job requires outbound contact and interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information. The Mortgage Consultant ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Federal and State compliance policies, and adhering to Fair Housing and HMDA requirements.

We need MLOs with UST licenses or are willing to get one for Remote+access 100+ Lenders.
Ability to self-start and work remotely (from home) on a set schedule in a secure Responsibilities
Cross-training for all Loan Originators with the ability to offer Conventional, FHA, USDA and VA products
