The virtual care center program is offered to eligible patients at no cost to them.

In this role, APCs will conduct virtual visits when patient triaging calls are escalated up from the VCC RN. The nature of the virtual visits can vary based on the complexity of the patient concern and acuity level. Scheduled visits will also be added to the calendar to help meet the demand of comprehensive visits goals.
