Full-Time- 1099 Contract

Well established post acute care provider is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to function as a Care Manager in providing clinical oversight, guidance and supervision to RN's.

Clinicians will be working with a complex elderly patient population with various medical needs. This position is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner experienced in Geriatrics, Hospice, Palliative Care and Long Term Care patient population. 

Schedule is Monday-Friday with no weekends or on call hours.

1099 Contract position with a 6month- 1year duration; possibility of transitioning to a permanent, employed position.

Qualifications: 

South Carolina Nurse Practitioner license.

Nurse Practitioner experience in Geriatrics, Hospice/Palliative Care, Long Term Care.

Previous supervisory experience.
