Nursing Manager, Oncology Clinic/Infusion Center Jefferson Healthcare Announcement #3244355 Jefferson Healthcare (link removed) ) has a new opportunity for a Nursing Manager for our Oncology Clinic & Infusion Center. We are looking for a nurse leader with 5 years of Oncology/Infusion nursing experience and 3 years of leadership experience. OCN and BSN are both required as well. This manager is responsible for the technical, clinical, and educational management for the nursing team and works closely with Medical Director, Director, and providers. They will look at operational performance, quality of service, and delivery of care in both Oncology & Infusion. Works in partnership with the Director and providers to enhance communication and Infusion Center/Oncology Clinic workflow and processes. Provides leadership to clinical staff in areas of coaching, mentoring, and standards of care and practice to maintain, develop, and enhance the operations for assigned areas of accountability. Establishes staffing needs; recommends/approves hiring; establishes work schedules; orients, trains, develops, and assures continuing education for staff; assigns work; assesses and manages performance; conducts annual performance evaluations; advocates for employees; resolves complaints; counsels, coaches, and mentors; recommends/approves terminations Ensures individual staff compliance with JH policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and standards of practice. Maintains extensive knowledge and understanding of federal and state laws and guidelines pertaining to Outpatient Services. Develops clinical documentation standards and ensures they are followed.
