RN WITH REHAB or MED/SURG/TELE WITH EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Rehab inpatient unit has 18 private beds. Must have MINIMUM 2 years' recent inpatient rehab or medical/surgical experience plus BLS (AHA,) NIHSS certification and basic dysrhythmia skills/knowledge. CRRN Certification welcome! MUST BE FLEXIBLE to float to other medical/surgical units as needed. Inpatient rehab accepts COVID recovered patients.Start date flexible; Orientation initially will require passage of: medication test and possibly dysrhythmia test plus a 'Test out' of Epic.Submission / Cover sheet MUST accompany profile or candidate profile will be declined. Candidate MUST have current unencumbered ability to practice Nursing in Oklahoma. Permanent address greater than 100 miles from facility. Start date: asap
