Position: OMNI Technical Lead/Developer with Finance Interview Process: Video Location: Boca Raton or NYC. Remote is accepted for first 6-12 months and onsite in NY or FL after that. Job Description: In this integral role, you will be responsible for developing/defining business solutions for Administrative Operations with FIS OMNI, and designing business process and workflow integrations with SalesForce, Ft. Williams, Relius Compliance Testing, vWise and various payroll vendors. This role would also liaise internally with Office of Technology & Digital Services, Corporate Finance, Marketing and Communications in a business product architect role for OMNI and associated services. Overall responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: SENIOR Omni Technical lead and/or senior Omni developer with experience working in Omni's language "Omni Script". Omni is a Retirement investment platform and we need a technical (Not just Functional) developer resource to help the client move away from the implementation partner. Working with various administrative operations areas to ensure that business solutions are discovered, designed, and implemented including ROI analysis. Manage and design solutions leveraging FIS OMNI solutions and cross platforms and as well as internal departments. Coordination with OMNI Technical Developer on business requirements, functional design and budget. Assist other operating areas (Conversion, Payroll Integration, Regulatory Services, Remittance Processing) with projects and at times of peak operational volume. Special Projects upon request. WHAT WE ASK OF YOU - College Degree
- Three to five years in the financial services industry with preferred experience with OMNI
- Ability to participate in strategic planning, problem solving and must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong background in excel to assist with daily operational work as needed.
