Home Delivery Company has openings for Independent Contractors to make home deliveries Independent contractors/drivers for a major retailer in the Greater Atlanta Area. Delivery of appliances, outdoor furniture, mowers, household goods, mattresses, etc. Must be able to handle physical labor. Responsible for loading/unloading delivery and installation.

Duties:

• Movers are responsible for traveling with our drivers to clients' homes.


• Packing/unpacking homes.


• Loading/unloading trucks.


• Providing superior customer service.


• Maintaining an efficient, professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

• Deliveries paid on a weekly basis


• Average is 13 - 18 stops per day


• Delivery experience preferred but not required


• Great opportunity to make a full time pay working part time hour


• Must be a fast learner


• Must be able to drive a 26ft Straight Box Truck


• Drivers and helpers are required to undergo background checks


• No CDL required


• Driver must have a DOT medical card

Qualifications:

• Packing/unpacking experience preferred.


• Able to lift 50 lbs.


• Professionalism.


• Customer Service skills.


• Able to pass a criminal background, physical, and drug test.
