Operation Director

Duties and Responsibilities :

* Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes to track key
initiatives' progress and address obstacles.
* Utilize relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make
decisions aligning with strategic goals.
* Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient task
completion.
* Devise strategies for enterprise-wide program growth and implement process
improvements to enhance output and reduce costs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, laws, and regulations.
* Collaborate with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and foster a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
* Review project requirements, conduct cost analysis, and collaborate with estimators for accurate bids.
* Manage client relationships by addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client needs are met throughout the construction
process.
* Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement in construction management.
* Maintain detailed project records and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, issues, and
achievements.
* Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and meeting client requirements and business objectives.
* Lead the projects team to ensure timely deliverables meeting client expectations.
* Manage the projects team including Regional Directors, Project Directors, Project Managers, consultants, and administrative support.
* Monitor project progress, provide financial control, and ensure project quality.
* Provide support to Project Managers to facilitate project delivery and construction.
* Responsible for project closeout reports ensuring client satisfaction and providing feedback on project lifecycle matters.
* Ensure employees adhere to company HSE policies, regulations, and job risk assessments.

Qualifications and Requirements :

*BSC Engineering
*MA Construction Degree (preferred)
*Certificate of Project Management (preferred)
*18-22 years experience
*Very Good command of English language
*Microsoft Office, Primavera, Revit, FIDIC.

1. Salary range - 25K - 35K Saudi Riyal (All Inclusive).
