Position: Occupational Health MD
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Status: 16 hours per week; Wednesday and Friday
Clinic Type: Manufacturer/Research
Salary: $130 $150/hour

Duties:
Evaluation & treatment of injuries and illnesses
Triage emergencies
Manage hearing conservation program
Medical screenings
Chemical Medical surveillance
Fit testing

Requirements:
Licensed MD; Occupational Health preferred
At least 2 years experience with work injuries
Outstanding customer service, computer and communication skills
Attention to detail, energetic, able to coordinate with different departments
