Bain Capability Network

In 2004, the firm established its presence in the Indian market by opening the Bain Capability Center (BCC) in New Delhi. The BCC is now known as BCN (Bain Capability Network) with its nodes across various geographies. BCN is an integral and largest unit of (ECD) Expert Client Delivery which plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. BCN comprises of expert client delivery, knowledge management and shared services.



Role in Case:


Proficient with sound business logic and ability to structure approaches/presentations for adding value in complex business analysis.

Help in driving conversations through analytics, including but not limited to Building dashboards Driving insights through data analysis story lining the deliverable to prove/disprove hypothesis

Preparing an action plan for client to implement the strategic solutions and manage its execution.

Brainstorm with the Project Leader on various aspects of project or IP work which ranges across scope definition, data cleaning, explorations, solution designing, and insights etc.

May have first level team management responsibility which generally involves conducting performance discussions/appraisals, allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts.


Working knowledge of data handling / ETL tools will be good to have




Qualification:
Candidate should be a MBA student from IMT Ghaziabad, SCMHRD, IIM Trichy, NMIMS and TISS Batch 2024 with strong academic records. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication and team work skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
