Job Description

: Off boarding and Employee Database administration Maintaining real time Attrition Report and responsible for providing various MIS/reports like Exit report, FnF report & other reports related to Off-boarding. Managing Absconding process, ID termination & release of appropriate disciplinary letters to absconded employees Liaising with HRBPs & Legal team for legal initiation for recoveries from ex-employees Gratuity form filling, release of provisional relieving letter & exit letters for all clear exit cases, Support governance groups across HR Services and handling Employee lifecycle process data management as required Supporting internal/external Audits and providing necessary artifacts based on the requirement. Managing GSD tickets for Re-hire inputs and for assigned tasks and follow ups, and issue resolution to closure. Managing location transfer inputs in an internal system, responding queries related to internal movements
