PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Associate Manager of Customer Marketing is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end offer strategy managing, supporting, and enhancing the process, with an emphasis on the end-to-end offer creation process.

This role will work in close partnership with each Brand, as well as shared services for Performance Marketing, CRM, IT, Restaurant Tech, Data Science and Loyalty teams. He/she will be responsible for developing and driving efficient offer management best practices to enable the Inspire Brand portfolio to deliver personalized offers for all consumers across all channels for each brand, using CRM, API integrations, Mobile Apps, Emails, Mobile Push, Point-of-Sale and SAAS Loyalty Vendor Technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work cross-functionality with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end offer creation process, including but not limited to; offer ideation, offer catalog management, offer eligibility, offer allocation, offer execution, offer content, and offer analytics
  • Responsible for the creation and management of offer files for all Brands, including but not limited to offer & creative master files
  • Implement and support offers to support national, loyalty, ad-hoc and 1:1 personalization at scale
  • Work with QA teams on offer testing processes and escalations before, during and after production releases
  • Understand and monitor all offer constructs, including but not limited to discount and bonus offers, using loyalty vendor technologies
  • Collaborate with creative agencies on offer strategy, including but not limited to campaign & timeline management
  • Partner with Brand, CRM, IT, Data Science and Analytics teams to manage process and backend development for offer-associated campaigns, as well as understand, share, and incorporate offer insights into future strategy and execution
  • Partner with CRM, Owned + Paid Performance Marketing teams to identify and implement operational opportunities and efficiencies to drive the Inspire Brands portfolio forward
  • Develop and drive efficient execution processes and measuring results to ensure business and brand goals are met
  • Manage external relationship(s) with OMS & creative vendors across each brand

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

Required Minimum:

  • 3+ years of experience managing offer and/or loyalty ops solutions in hospitality, retail, or Agency/consulting environments
  • 3+ years marketing or ops experience

Preferred:

  • Expertise and prior experience in Agile ways of working framework and/or PMP certification (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience with a multi-brand organization that leverages scale (i.e., reuse) and supports bespoke brand requirements
