Office Admin/Account Coordinator (Construction Exp.) $18-$22hr.
The Ideal candidate will be customer focus, have exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal
skills and a strong attention to details and dependable.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Coordinators responsibilities are to oversee the production of our sales agents
and maintain a positive relationship with their agents clients. FSI will assign Insurance
carriers to the Account coordinators for management. The account coordinator is expected to
keep an open line of communication with their designated sales agents and clients. Although
this is a team environment, the Account coordinator bears the burden of ensuring the clients
policy stays in force.
Must be able to multi-task
Able to prioritize in a faced paced environment
Strong computer skills, including outlook, excel, word typing 40-50 wpm
Requires strong organization and attention to detail
Must manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
Have a strong sense of urgency
Will to complete other duties as assigned
Inbound/ outbound calls
