• This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Input expense reports and organize travel for senior management staff.
• This role is crucial to our daily operations and will engage not only with all members of our organization but also external visitors and customers.
• Ordering office, kitchen, snacks, beverages & bathroom supplies.
• Scheduling & Maintenance of Conference Rooms.
• Manage preparations for client meetings and company events.
• Special projects as needed.
• Ad hoc CEO administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Customer Service / Hospitality experience.
